Longmead Projects is led by Dominic Stokes, founder of Stoford and a commercial property professional with a breadth of development experience.
Dominic founded Stoford in 1996. Over the next 20 years, the business grew from refurbishing two shop units into a nationally recognised property development company.
By his retirement from Stoford in 2016, its completed projects totalled over 14 million square feet, with a value in excess of £1 billion, spanning offices, manufacturing and distribution, hotels and retail.
He was also the major shareholder of New Wood Securities Limited, a commercial property investment company with office and retail schemes throughout the Midlands.
